Sirenity is a three-year-old warmblood mare, born and raised at a breeding farm in Southern Ontario. Due to a complex series of health problems, intense stress, and lifestyle complications, this filly developed very dangerous and avoidant behaviours with her caregivers.
In EPISODE 3, Sirenity’s story continues with her journey through her groundwork and undersaddle training at Braecrest Farm. Watch her continued struggles with colic, trying to work through and understand the layers of her character and starting to shape her reaction when triggered to reasonable, safe, and productive communications. Now that this incredibly resilient young mare is finally feeling heard and seen, and the idea of “consent’ is also brought to the forefront of the connection and communication through her training, her progress has been remarkable. We show you her acceptance of a new rider and what she has been up to for the past few months.
Absolutely love the Serenity journey, she so lucky to have you on her side❤️
Fabulous video of the continued journey bringing about peace and understanding for Serenity.
Your approach is very clear and the positive results so obvious for anyone to see. I look forward to seeing the next chapter of this learning process.
Congratulations Claire & Serenity.
